Mag. def or Nute burn?

Please dont flame as this is my first real grow.
My plants been doing fine in vegging but always 3~5 weeks into flowering i start getting this happen to some of my plants.

Mostly kush family turns all messed up and AK48 and the Jock Horror does pretty good.

Any advice would be lovely.!

not really an expert, but that looks like a magnesium deficiency to me - "Lower leaves yellow and may even turn white while veins remain dark green. Blades die and curl upward" - thats what the chart i use said at least
do you flush your plants, or ever use half strength nutes? it could be a lockout of mg from too much of something else
maybe start with watering with only water, no nutes, and add some source of magnesium

actually now that i look again, and your other strains dont experience this, so well if u treat them all the same with the nutes then its probably not a nute burn, just magnesium deficiency
still, in case its because of a lockout start watering with just water until you see new healthy growth
is the current growth stunted at all?

Growth isnt stunted and i flushed the worse plant and watering only water for the rest.
The growth is still there but as days go it turns all good.

I recently harvested a G13 which had same problems but harvested at the advertised 8 weeks and it was really potent but buds werent HUGE like expected.

i would say just make sure to use half-strength nutes every so often in the future, and this may prevent whatever buildup is causing the lockout - or, a nute type switch
what nutes are you using now, what npk ratio?

Using only beatie blooms for mid flowering rite now.

I normally use veg nutes fox trio and have no problems.
Than i use open seseme for first 2~3 weeks than change to only beastie blooms for 2~3 more weeks than cha ching for last few weeks and 10 days flush with only water.

fox farm ocean forest soil grow.

ehh, i dont really know much about nute types, so sounds good to me!

I grow kush and i'm in week 2 of flr on this grow and my shit looks great,and i just use mex bat gauno to veg and i use 1 week into flowering and then i will use fox farms tiger bloom week 2 and every other water till 7-10 days before i harv and never have that prob.

Over watering could make them crispy like that?

I water about one every two days or when pots a big light.

depending on soil some with coco fiber in them are deceving the coco holds a shit load of water / nuts and can waterlog ezy. despite what others say.
i use a mix that has coco and only give them 1.1/2 lt evry 2 days. im in 10 lt buckits
also that much water stops o2 at the roots bringing rot and burnt leaves.

its not overwatering.... you would have seen big time drooping before this comes on.

i am having the same issues in hydro and i'm leaning toward mag lockout .... i was running too high of ppm.

first i would flush them with straight ph'd water and then i would get some cal mag and give a dose of that or go to walmart and get epsom salts grind it up at 1 tablespoon per gallon

remove dead parts of leaves and then watch to see if it continues to spread.

flushed today and giving only water now.

How come my tapoff water is in the 200ppm? With nothing in it and sitting put for 2 days.

could be other things in your water like minerals

Is that bad for the plant should i buy gallon waters and use that instead?

no its ok for the plants it has things in it the plant needs... if you have an RO unit that brings ppm to nero 0 then you need to add a micro nute to the water so the plant gets them still.
