I think India, Im closer to where the Carolina reaper is born. The reaper is truly a tasty pepper aside from the hell bringing burn I get when eating it raw. But any, ghost, reaper, or scorpion, is a fine addition to chili or curry. Mmm.....mmmmm... I am looking forward to fruits this year

Optimal conditions it will probably grow 1-2 feet a year. From seed it will be a couple years lets say 2 before you have enough length. At this point they are thinner than a #2 pencil and the grass you cut in the summer has more dmt than that plant has harmalas. So now you're waiting a few more years and.... Id say conservatively at the least 5 years. I usually get b caapi that is about the same width as a dime or a sharpie. So you gotta take into account the diameter as well as length of growth
