Lucid Dreaming

So usually at some point during the night, about 2 hours before i really wake up, my dreams become extremely lucid, at times i swear im dreaming with my friends and its gotten to the point where not only that but some form of flight takes place. The only strange part is when I see there face what do they see, mine? is it like one tv screen where only one thing shows or maybe thats why dreams dont really make sense, cause to splice the two together they really couldnt... who knows. But the times where you look down and go holy shit IM DREAMING!!! and bust out the mj, then you know its gonna be a good day. Terrence Mckenna talks about tokin on some DMT in dream time, i havnt found a hook up yet:blsmoke:

i have lucid dreams all the time!

i have flying dreams as well, and those are too amazing to explain.
every time they happen i'm somewhere around my house free-flying around the area or around certain people, showing off at times :blsmoke:

i had this really weird dream a few weeks ago. another person and i was running from... something, then somehow we got locked into this tube-like walkway, and outside of it were gorillas/monkeys hanging out. i turned around at the locked door and there was this girl and another person looking back at me. this whole scene looked futuristic somewhat.

then i appeared somewhere else running again, but this time me and another person (i think it was one of my brothers), ran into this room that had a couple windows. i looked outside a window and saw a couple rows of pitch-black people, as if they were standing on bleachers, just staring straight and doing nothing.

then this huge explosion of light hit them, and they just kind of stood there as the light slowly made them fade away. at first i felt that it was a nuclear explosion or something, but it didn't have sound nor did it harm me. i just watched these people fade from the light as it got brighter.

after that i was back in the room, and i looked out one of the windows to see a native-Indian looking boy hanging outside.

i walked outside the room and looked to my right and saw a very large lake with a mountain behind it. the lake looked so amazing and there was this blueish hew to the whole scene.

i remember hearing wind chime sounds while looking around, and i saw this man with an odd looking machine made of wood. on the ground it looked like some sort of calender and there were poles on top of this calendar that you could move up and down, the man was in the process of moving one of the wooden poles.

honestly i don't know how i remember this dream so well and it's safe to say i'm quite puzzled by it. but it definitely felt good dreaming it!

Thats insane, i had one last night where i was sitting in my car after a movie at my house, trying to fix something when a kid rode past on his bike, he had a pot leaf on his shirt and i wanted to follow, the car suddenly kicks on and drives me to the nearest gas station and runs outta gas... i was mad so i got out and started looking around to score a sachel. the car drives off with out me. so i start looking for a place to plant some poppies cause i really wanted to get high, all the sudden the dreamscape turned into a previous dreamscape and i knew where i was, i went inside and stole a gatorade when no one was looking, and ran across the street to another station where the car somehow picked me up. i never did get to drink the gatorade, come to think of it ive never eaten or drank anything in my dreams....

I researched lucid dreaming before. Its really interesting when you can actively do it in your dream. If you start pull out of the dream after you realize its a dram you can look at your hands and it will help you stay. Also sometimes if you continue to think while you fall asleep you can maintain it. If you manage it you find your self in a black world of nothingness, its a little scary if you don't know whats going on. Basically anything you think happens though its rather weird. One weird thing I've noticed about hands, they are almost always deformed in dreams. If you actually pay attention, fingers will be missing or there will be extras, sometimes they are sticking out of the wrong parts. Its kind of weird. I've heard if you have a higher IQ you dream more vividly and realistically. Its like having a better graphics card for a video game or something lol.

i wonder if anybody can actually 100% manipulate their dreams and see it clearly.

There are people who can create their own rock music videos with music and all, ive been to underground reggae and hip hop circles with psychedellic desplays, although i couldnt stay for very long ive seen them, i know people who can actively dream while there awake, its wierd though, even though i CAN lucid dream, what i do and why doesnt always make since, like when im really lucid i always try to fly and always wake up like thirty seconds later because instead of flying i get sucked through a vortex1!! it usually works better if a pssively go along with what ever is going on..... oh try looking in a mirror!!! if you think seeing your hands is wierd...

oh man when i first had flying dreams, i could never fully fly. i would be able to glide for awhile but eventually fall back down.

now i can fly like a professional airplane stunt person lol
without the plane, of course! :peace:

Actually, I posted an experiment I did with smoking mugwort to induce lucid dreaming on here awhile ago.

In short: it works.

If you want an interesting tea that causes lucid dreams (I have them naturally, but sometimes it's nice to be able to just go ahead and cause them), here's a good recipe:
Wild Dagga.
Passionflower.
Kratom.
Mugwort.
Honey for flavoring.

....and i can't move my arms.
I used to have a dream very similar. I'd always be chased by this faceless body that could fall apart and restructure itself at will. It was bloody terrifying.
Anyways, whenever I'd try to run or fight it off, my arms and legs felt so weak and heavy.

Every resource regarding dream interpretation that I've gone through has said a dream like that is the result of a fear of weakness.

hahaha funy stuff, i usually fly now, although i had this other one where a toad appeard on me it felt cool so i let it stay. i was in my room sleeping so the story line didnt differ that much from what was really happening. another one appeared on my face, felt cool i let him stay. then another one leached onto my asshole like a mother fucker and i tried to pull him off but i culdnt i found out i couldnt move any of them, so i decided to go with it and it all felt cool... just a little wierd.
thanks for that interpetation btw.
