I water every 4 days just started giving nutrients. The one plant in question is in aeroponic. Others in soil

Hmm... your doing everything right imo....I can't answer that plant then if it's aero, as for I have no idea with that!..I don't worry about ph, I kiss, great soil, good buffer.....only thing I can say is try and keep your temps below 80 at all times, I know can be rough but even those few degrees can stunt, hurt the plant...but bugs, I can answer too all methods can get bugs, soil obviously gets them easier...but I'm sure certain mites are hard to get rid of but some of them are easy once you actually identify what it is (not saying you have any) but if you can get a 30x or 60x jewelers loupe...you'll want it when your close to harvest anyway...but look on undersides of your leaves that seem affected, stems...if there is black specs, yes it could be soil BUT could be bug shit to!

Probably deals with your over watering then on those ones like someone already said ...just learn for the feel for light (dry) to heavy (wet) also you could slowly stick finger or if it's deepertry a bamboo stick or any longer object and slowly insert in dirt and pull up ( I know someone is going to say like a penis, vagina but no get ya mind out of the gutter!) If there is a lot of dirt sticking to it it's still to wet (just like baking a cake, with a toothpick you check to see if it's done)

I have 30 x microscope. I don't see any signs of bugs. I'm thinking water. I have a water meter should I let the dirt dry out completely? I normally water when reading 1 or 1.5. I do water heavy till water runs out the bottom.

This indoor growing is not as easy as I thought. I only have one air intake on bottom of grow box. Maybe I should add another for better heat control
