hell yea mad props H4V, u got mad advice and i checked out ur latest SWEET, hopefully oneday my garden looks half as full as urs, as for fan any recommendations??? sorry will post updated pics today for sure

Fan depends on what you are looking for it to do, how big your space is, and how much money you are looking to spend. You need to be able to change the air in your room at least once every 4-5 minutes so you want a fan with a CFM rating of approximately 1/3 - 1/4 of your rooms total CFM. Finding the CFM(cubic feet per minute) for your space is easy. It just requires some simple math length x width x height = CFM. If all you need to do is change the air you can get away with a simple inline fan with a decent CFM rating. If you want to drop a ton of cash you can get something with a thermocouple. This type of fan will sense your exhaust temperature and adjust its speed until the air it's pulling has come down to the temperature you tell it to keep the room at. If you have a local hydro shop just go in knowing the CFM of your space and they can help you out. If you shop online browse around as there is a ton of selection. I personally like to support my local hydro shop when I can, but it's hard sometimes knowing how much cheaper you can get stuff online.

Hey, how come there is bugger all water in the bucket? I keep my water about 1 inch - 2 inches from bottom of net pots....

Oh and yeah i have heard once the flush is finished 72 hours of complete darkness increases THC by a bit. Could be worth it... Not sure bout ice cold water...

what u mean by bugger? 1 to 2 inches under pots sounds about right i never knew for sure tho cuz i usually do one gallon with the change, but if i do 2 gallons the plants looks over waterd and leaves start to droop

anyone use general hydroponics line?

couple weeks to go,took these like week ago, been busy lately but everything looks pretty good right now very exited for harvest, stay tuned

as the leaves die offf in late flowering are they also supposed to get really dry or crispy as well?????

It can be the case sometimes that as the nutrients come out the leaf gets dry and crispy but I don't believe it that is always the case. How is the flowering looking? Mine is allllllmost done. These last few weeks have been hell. It doesn't really look like much is happening, but I know they are swelling from the middle out

dude almost there, buds look nice, leaves look horrible,how can u tell with the buds swelling, press?, mine are pretty fat but would like them to be dense as well, about 30% of the hairs have turned and am yet to look at the trichomes for their change in color, i think my leafe problem is that i didnt ease out of the nutes before flush and there using them really fast as they were used to a heavy source of nutrients in these last weeks, but i dunno thinkin aloud

That could very well be the reason for your leaf issues. It's hard to say exactly how to tell when they are done. Milky trichomes are a good indicator, but I have no access to enough magnification to see them so I go by feel and look. If I grab a bud and it isn't absolutely rock solid it's too early for me. I've been flushing for about 9 or 10 days now. I don't remember exactly when. Best of luck on harvest man they look good. I'm so anxious to take mine right now, but it's still too early. I cut a sample a couple days ago that should be done drying soon.

i think i took these on sat, the leaves are WAY worse, buds r NICE, going on 8 1/2 wks, just made my scrog screen today for next run, will post sum pics soon, pvc and sisal twine

The leaves look fine to me and the buds are coming along nice. Maybe two more weeks to go I'd say.

well from the looks of it i took her just a bit too early, but ended up with over 55 grams dry medicine. took samples weeks ago from plant so really over 60 grams, cant wait for next run, im slackin i should already have beans!!!

Dont worry. It will come back bigger and better with two colas instead of one.

Seriously---dont worry about it. I had some plants about 6 weeks into veg fall off my deck and crash two storeys to the ground last summer. Man....they were mangled. I cut em all off below the broken part (meaning I cut off about 11 inches, leaving maybe two inches) and they not only came back, but were bigger and bushy.

They'll be fine, long as there is at least two leaves left. Probaly even one.
