LST before and after shoots

hey guys just wanted to post a few pics up of my LST attempts. As i'm a fairly new grower i was very shocked on just how much you could really bend, pinch, cut, move, pretty much anything i throw at these plants they adapted to suit it so fast.
20160710_183944 (1).jpg This is the first heavy LSTing i did, i bent a lot of the branches down passed 90 degrees. Really wanted to get the main heads down pass the 2nd level too redistribute those auxins.
20160726_092338.jpg Same plant a few weeks later, adapted very well to it, also by this stage id done a little more LSTing and had super cropped it so the canopy was nice and even.

the only problem i had was on 1 of the plants, 1 of the main branches ended up snapping :( i did however turn it into a clone and ended up doing some pretty aggressive training to fill in the gaps it made. I'll post some pics of that plant soon. Hope this helped anyone thinking about LSTing there plants, I'm 100% for it.

yeah, i micro topped it once when it had its 3rd set of fan leaves then micro topped 4 sites when i had 5 sets of fan leaves. Cant really remember if i did any more or not, this is kinda only really a test grow for the grow i'm about to start in which i will be logging EVERYTHING lol

Another example of a LST i did to a plant and at what stage. 24hrs after those pics where taken i LST it down a little more until the top head was under the secondary sites.20160706_175252.jpg 20160707_091327.jpg
