LST and Topping

Does anyone have experience with LST and topping? Should I do one or the other? Or both? Common sense tells me both should increase yield the most but I am no expert. Anyone who may have experimented with both, your input would be much appreciated.

I do both, there is a lot of info here about both and with a small plant it does increase your yields

Thanks for the quick response riddleme. When you do LST, do you tie to the pot or stake in the dirt? I've seen both and am wondering what your experience may be.

its good if you have time to veg longer

I tie to the pot, drilled holes all around (approx an inch between) and use wire ties cause you can bend em to adjust (just easier than knots)
