LST! Am I doing it right?!? *Pics inside*

Thank you :) Also this is my very first time growing Marijuana. I am glad to hear I am doing well for my first time. They were from bagseed too

except that tape on the leaf to hold it down probably isnt a good; idea i use floss make shure you tie it around the plant if you make a slip knot the string will grow into the stem over time leave like 3 inches for it to breath :)

i dont think anybody saw the tape :) you cant see it in the fist pic i would go ahead aNd take the tape off and floss it down :)

I'll see how the tape does first and do the floss on another plant. I put the tape on and took it off once to make sure it doesn't do any damage and it didn't

i'v done the scotch tape method it works fine, later you'll need string though. (tape is fine maybe not duct tape but it works) :) don't know about the big deal with tape, they have videos on youtube check it out if you'd would like also.

no big deal i just dont see how a leaf that can fall off is going to hold a huge plant down later in its life i would think all of the chemicals in the tapes sticky side could be good for it why not just go ahead and tie her down?

Surely the plant would be well trained by the time the leaf fell off?

I do not want to cut any of these plants considering it being my first grow. I was debating on LST'ing or not to be honest. I was just going to let them grow wild then do all my different method testing on clones

That's a good plan jpeg666, get to see how they grow naturally/without interference. It'll give you a great point of reference...

looks good, but I would recomend tying where the stem comes out the soil, to the pot. So basically you want the stem to come out of the soil as straight as possible before bending it. Otherwise the plant will just grow sideways. Good luck with the rest of your grow :D

thats what i did my first grow i was scared to top them or train them in any way my fears have subsided now :)
