Lowryder's Not Buddin. Got Pics PLZ HELP

I am in some need of major help. I picked up a pack of Great White Shark Lowryders from Low Life Seed Bank. Im on week 6-7 and theres no sign of budding. Heres the weird thing. Im using 400W HPS and two 23W CFL's for side lights.. Im just using a Potting Mix for soil nothing great great. Picked it up at Home Depot. Basicly I have 3 that where Doin SOOOOO GOOD when they first poped up (I still have all 3). In Fact they are all 23 INCHES tall now. Lowryders are suppose to max at like 18 i thought? Plus I thought Low Ryders started Budding around 3-4 weeks.. Im on 6-7 and well look at the pics... When i hit week 4 i did switch to a Phosphate nut mix bc i thought it was the stage for budding but they didnt stop growing?? at week 4 they were around 10 to 12 inches... now on 6-7 weeks they are 23 Inches. The first 3-4 weeks i used 24-8-16 Nut mix (Schultz Plant food) then since week 4 theyve been on a 15-30-15 Mix (Bloom Boooster) Still no budding. An every set of leaves comin out now keeps gettin smaller and smaller.. How ever they keep getting taller. Now on week 6-7 im afaird there goin to get to close to the light and ima run out of room. there about 12 Inches away now.. Why arent these budding yet? everytime a new set comes in i pray for the flower top HOWEVER i just keep gettin more leaves. All the way up till about 3 days ago I have them on a 18-6 Light sch. However about 3 days ago i switch to 15-9 sch just to see if a lil less light would bring in a flower top and still nothing... Now im usein Fresh Water as well (Last 3 Days). Not to mention these 3 are suppose to ALL be Great White Shark lowryders but as you see in the pics all 3 look different... I just want sum budding im in need of this harvest bad! Plz look at the pics and help me out.

im not a pro .. but i belive u need to switch ur lighting t0 12/12..

she looks hurt mine looked like that when i fucked up the nutes and she looks alil dry, and maybe needs a bigger pot. they look alil nute burned on the tips of the leaves. i would flush with a few feedings then start bloom nutes again. IMO i maybe wrong so don't quote me thats just what i did to fix mine when they looked like that. but they look like there starting to get into buding phase( if they are females) so let them be and you should do fine.

you think thatd be safe for lowryders tho? I read 12/12 hurts the yeild for lowryders.. 18/6 or 20/4 is the best for the whole 2 month life cyle

ok ill flush them with fresh water for a while HOWEVER should i stay with 18/6 or 15/9 to push budding?

well its not that low, and if its not budding 12/12 will sure fire start it up

ok mayb ill stay with what i got 15/9 for a few days while i flush with fresh water.. if i dont see any budding in like a lil less then a week ill switch to 12/12. I just wish i could get a flower top in just to give me security that they are progressing to the next stage. I just thought id see flowers around 3-4 weeks

ok.. do you think that will hurt a Lowryders yeild? and juding by 23 inches tall under a 12/12 what do you think a lowryder would yeild? Im usin 400W HPS

They should have started by now for sure, i would go to the twelve/twelve too. and if you flowered those i think you would get more than 2 ounces.
