Lowryder 2 Nutrient Burn/Deficiency?

My lowryder 2 is now 18 days from when I started seed germination and I have no idea what is specifically wrong with them, although i've had several ideas in mind I don't want to make any major changes without knowing exactly what it is. It's oldest two leaves tips have turned yellow, going down the leaf from yellow to pale green to the healthy dark green colour. One of them is brown at the very tip, and I think it might be spreading down. As of today, the very tips of the 2nd oldest pair of true leaves have turned slightly yellow, like how the oldest set started out.

In addition to this, most of the leaf edges have been curling up and in, and its hard to tell if the actual leaves are curling up because all of them are standing almost vertically up towards the light.

At first I thought it was nutrient burn, as even though I haven't given it any fertiliser, I planted it in potting soil for seedlings/cuttings with 4 weeks feed [only one I had on hand for the germinated seed]. However only one leaf has shown any brown and its not spots its at the tip and the yellow is very full on and going down the leaf. I'm now thinking that it could be a nitrogen or potassium deficiency [but the leaf edges are curling up]. It's also worth mentioning that the plant was minorly root bound since yesterday for one or two days as the roots were coming out the drainage holes in the pot. It's now in a 2 gallon bucket with drainage holes I made myself.

Im growing this one plant under a 125w CFL 2700k [ I know 6500k is best for veg but i'm only growing one plant so im using this one the whole way through]. The pH is almost certainly off, as i've been using just tap water and I don't have a ph meter so i've made 0 adjustments. I also thought it wouldn't be terrible for the pH to be a bit high or low so the plant absorbed less nutrients [I thought it had nute burn]. I won't be able to get one until the weekend, but I could bring the pH up or down before then with lemon juice/baking soda - or some spa pH up/down if that works for plants. My growbox has no ventilation, and it is way to hot for the plant as I just found out [36C] but I didn't think the heat stress was a major problem as only the bottom leaves show any significant trouble.

I'm starting to think I might have a combination of problems from the heat + nutrients [heat might be causing the leaves to curl up, otherwise they would curl down and it would be quite clearly one of the nutrient deficiencies].

I'll work to improve the heat problem but can anyone pinpoint whats actually causing the oldest leaves to turn yellow? [and now the very tips brown] because thats the biggest problem as I heard once they turn yellow they don't regenerate back to the green colour.

Sorry for the tl;dr now heres the pics and thanks for your help!

Flush with bottled water for one week then feed and water as normal using bottled water or another source of ph nutral water if u ever grow more than one there are some good threads on water ph options
