Lowering Temps

how on earth do i lower the temps! i have 3 fans, one blow the hot air out form the top - one blows air in from the bottom and one blows around the room! i also have an intake from the window, so fresh air gets in plus co2! my temps are around 85f and sumtimes 80f when its open any ideas in getting it down?
