Low stress training help please

I wouldn't know what you can do at this stage since you initiated flowering weeks ago. i have never done heavier training, only lst and defoliation..i wouldn't think you can supercrop since it's in flower and can cause major stress...but i could be wrong on that. Since the plant can't really be reshaped at this stage, in my thoughts, then all you can do is bring light where the main (top) one, can't reach. Putting smaller cfl bulbs around the lower part of the plant. Again, as for when the flowers appear..for me its within a week..i did have 3 auto's last year, that just kept growing and growing. Calyxes formed at the right time, but no buds grew..i waited 4 weeks, and no growth at all..the autos were bigger than my photo plants! In the end i threw them out in week 9 as nothing was happening at all for 4 weeks. I even tried changing the light schedule, but nothing. I know that one of them did have a bit too much nitrogen as i wasn't used to having a sativa around, and overfed her..but the other two were ok in that sense, 3 different strains, neither of the three flowered..never happened before or since..i have no idea what went wrong!
Yeah thanks for that look the plant did grow a little latter over night now and you can see the distance from the led you reckon it should be lower? Damn I hope this grow turns out

Look at the pic..the top is great..fully lit..look at just one node below..it's shaded..the one below is shaded and getting very little light. The whole plant should look like the top..lit up:) Im not sure what you can do at this stage to help the rest..like i said..my only thought was adding side lighting. You can't bend her anymore..the stem will snap. Im sure growers have done that before..high stress training in flower? i haven't gone down that road so i can't comment with that. Do a search, im sure you'll find your answers...'high stress training during flower'

could I put a 50w MH light on the side do you think this could help?

Any extra lighting to the side will help, its basically growing in shade right now.
So I put the 50w mh light in on the side. Sadly I only have one timer so I have to manually turn it on and off and because my lights go on at 1am only the led will be turned on until I wake up usually at 7am. I also put a 10w fluro light in the back but did it after these photos. I know it seems so sketchy but it’s all I had to use and I just really want my first grow to work. Tell me if you think there’s anything I need to improve on here (a lot) or if you have any feedbacks thanks

You could have left the top bent over as it was prior. If it doesn't feel like it will break, then if you can, you can bend the top down so it's the same height as the node below it. At least then there are a few extra tops all receiving the same light. At this point i guess just wait it out..but you'll either need to get a real light for next grow, or add some cfl's. If you keep that one led, then start it out closer to the plant. I still think getting say 4 23 watt cfl bulbs would be well worth it for one plant..more use than the shop light! I keep a few blue ones (6500k), and red ones (2700k) around to lower down into spots where the stronger lights don't reach..that way i don't waste the lower parts of the plant. Right now, im vegging 5 in my closet as i have the rest flowering under the stronger lights in another room. The ones vegging are under a mars 300 (similar to your led) and for now 4 cfl light bulbs, will likely add 4 more if they get big enough before flower. It takes a bit of a longer veg with weaker lighting, but it is what it is. When i veg just under my 400 watt mh..(i think its 4000K), the plants tend to stretch even with the light closer..but adding the 6500K bulbs around helps with the internodal spacing.

Well I put it bent over again because I woke up this morning and it was touching the led light so I don’t even know what to do now...
