Low stress technique help

hello fellow growers, I have got a quick question. This is the first time i will be using feminized seeds and since i have a small tent i was to LST them. Will doing this be a bad idea? since i heard you do not want to cause any stress to feminized seeds or else they might hermie. Will LST stress them?

It's called Low Stress Training, but the stress is so insignificant you will not cause any noticeable harm to your plants unless you do something horribly wrong.

You should go ahead and LST - you're better off ditching any seeds/strains that are too imbalanced to perform standard growing techniques. That being said, I think all cannabis can withstand low stress training.

As long as you are not crimping the stem or branches it is LST. If you catch the plant early before it hardens off it will bend over very easy without crimping.
