Low-Budget Homemade Attic Ventilation (w/o Air Conditioning) Ideas

Ive started a grow in the insulated, semi-finished attic. It doesnt resemble an "attic" at all if you were up there, has a solid floor and an annoying angled paneled ceiling, and 2 windows with only one that can be opened. There is one section on the end separated by a non insulated wall as depicted in my rudimentary drawing attachment. Inside that "true attic" is a gable vent...just fixed louvers in the inverted "V" of the roof. The only window that opens is marked on the drawing and at max open it measures only 19.5"Wx10"H
At 70-75 degrees outside temps here, it gets up to 85 degrees up there, and with the 2 20" fans I have, one in the window sucking in, and a fan at the opening to the attic that is shaped to fit around the fan with some materials I threw together so to direct the airflow blowing out towards the gable vent and most blowback would remain inside the attic.

My question is, advice on maintaining a reasonable ambient temp inside the controlled space upstairs and what is the best and cheapest way to utilize the limited intake and single exaust option I have up there...I dont own, I rent, so I cant go round pokin holes in shit or tearing or building sealed rooms or the like! lol
Ultimately Im looking to get a portable A/C unit and use the window to run the exaust for it out of. I hope to find a way to roughly construct a small enclosure around the tent and propagation area to confine the area to be cooled with the porta A/C...all that is not likely taking place till late summer...I need to find a way to tough this out for the 85-90 degree humid days to come in my area this summer. Dehumidifier is in the works, as well as more fans to place around the area to keep air moving swiftly as I feel its the only way to do this without investing in ducting, inline blowers, etc right away which is next to impossible right now.

I have a single almost 3 week old seedling in the tent with a 600 watt blurple with veg/bloom on and hanging about 33" above it. Humidity is constant at night at 60. around 45-50 during the day and when the temps inside the tent go above 78-80 degrees I turn the humidifier off entirely till the tent temps come down. I also have 3 4 day old seedlings in a humidity dome @ 60-70% rh and 75-78 degrees, those i just take the dome off and aim a fan towards it and rig a way to hold the 17 watt sunblaster t5 on them.

I sit waiting for replies with a notepad and pen in hand!
