Lovely looking Buds

Here are some pics of my Bubbleponics plants

They are called "Short Stuff" and they are Lowrider autoflowering.

I was shocked how bushy the plants are and I think that they are going to produce some pretty good yeild.

they are about 60ish days and I think I might be able to squeeze a few more weeks out of the flowering...

what are you using for lighting? look like they have a few more weeks left at least.

I am only using a 150 hps. I was pretty surprised at how much veg growth I got with that light.

how can you tell when they are ready to harvest.

from what I understand, the plant will tell you when all the other leaves are no longer green.

People seem to confuse the hairs (pistils) and trichomes. Yea the pistils are usually turned by the time the plant is ready but you go by the trichs, they should be mostly amber if you want that body high.

go to radio shack and get a 30-100x microscope... then look for the trics which are lil hair type things with a ball on the end... when the balls on the end are 10% amber 40% cloudy is a good head high... leave a lil longer if you would like to be couch locked. at least with my strain this is what i've found. but yes very crazy lookin plants...

The orange ones are hairs, the crystally looking spots all over the leaves and buds are trichomes.

Those are lovely looking buds, what strain?

and if he would have topped all the plants would he have yielded more?

It's called "Short Stuff"

Its a lowrider...I originally bought it because they cost less and they are supposed to be easy to grow.

this was my first Bubbleponics grow (My last 2 attempts at soil failed furiously) so I thought it was a good idea.

I just thinned them out and maybe it will make a difference.

what if you dont have a microscope i can tell just by the smell of my plants ya know just pickem when they smell lk they could rip your lungs out n throw em in a blender heh n sorry couldent think of the name "tich" he woulda figured it out tho but ive been growing so long its lk 2nd nature ya herd

n i like upper level highs so i pick early n cure late otherwise there is just to much cbc
