No law against having an unlocked beer fridge on your porch or the patch of tobacco growing in the garden though. Kids try to steal my plants they'll have a lot more to worry about than plants.One of the reasons they want the plants to be out of sight is so local kids don't see it then sneak in and steal your pot. Gotta protect the kids!
