lots of great info but please help me make some sense of it

Hi Everyone- I have my veg room set up with a 600watt mh. plenty of ventilation. I currently have my germinated seeds in hydrofarms seed starter house.. seems to working ok since its only been 3-4 days since I planted the seeds. Here are my questions.

1. If you look at the pic you will see one plug with a root that has fallen flat... should I transplant the plug to a regular flower pot?

2. At what point should transplant these folks? How big should they be?

I usually transplant about one week from the seed. I dont like the roots to get to long because there is more chance of me getting to stoned and damaging them lol

lol thanks Jake! thats my problem I seriously think I have way too much brain damage to figure this out. I have everything one could ever want to grow killer bud but I'm jus to burnt to make sense of it. so i guess my next step would be to transplant those plugs into some pots and just pray for the best right?

I dont use those little starters cubes but Im pretty sure you wanna put them in little cups once they sprout or straight into big pots
Pretty soon though because those little cubes are small

Are you using soil or hydro?

use cfl's or tubes to start you can put them within an inch and they dont burn and after a week or so when they got some meat and not just a string bean put them under the big light and they will thank you
