Losing the right to produce in 2 years?

I see that in two years we will probably loose the right for personal production.

Question...if we are producing our own meds now will we be grandfathered in and only new applicants have to buy from health Canada.

This happened in Canada years ago with our restricted weapons and if you owned a handgun with a barrel length of less than 4.1 inches, you were allowed to keep it.

They attached a prohibited handgun clause to your PAL and could purchase and own prohibited weapons for life. I fortunately was one of the lucky ones.

If the government is silly enough to remove the right for personal production lets hope us with a production license can keep on growing. I have alot of monies invested here.

Unfortunately, that's what the big buzz is, their going to be "Phasing out" DG's by 2013, and by 2014, phasing out the MMAR Program as we know it. Which means no PPL's, no Possession License, from my understanding, the "Bag" we will receive it in after 2014 will have a label on it, so police will be able to identify medicinal cannabis vs street weed (That is, for those of us who are lucky enough to have a doctor willing to sign a script for cannabis once the MMAR program is dissected).

cannabis will never go extinct, cops cant kick in everyones door nor raid every field. seeds last for years so even if u wanted to grow ur gonna regardless of what law.

Wild eh. You don't need a license to drive, a set of keys and a attitude. Same rules apply for med users. I do recommend getting a dr signature if possible and fuk the rest of the equation. Kinda protects the doctors a little more when you don't send there data to anyone and use only if you go to court.

Health Canada doesn't help nothing with there meds and they are greedy in my experience. Health check symbols are bought not earned. Mary absorbs radiation and chemicals faster then any plant on earth. So Why would HC grow it in a mining cave and radiate it? Don't get mold on it in the first place tarts.

Next point no ppl or strains are equal. A good provider will offer many strains of Organic medicine. Yes it is better then synthetically grown plants and always will be. Less yield though in my experience.

The sun is amazing and no bulb can replicate it's force. A good greenhouse, sun and a little light and love produces meds. I have been at it for a lifetime and producing great meds isn't simple.

What???? Is this really going to happen?? My mom is extremely ill and has been taking meds that don't help her for more than 20 years. How can the government deny her the right to have cannabis for her pain? This is ludicrous! Is there an article about this you can post up?

I will never stop growing my meds lawful or not. Proof is on my side and if ever busted I also know a very good laywer.

Fuck the Government's ruling... Its my life and I will not take opiates.

Not true. I strictly grow hydro and the people that think there is a difference their sadly mistaken. It comes down to how you use your nutrients and your flushing regiem. My bud is tested 4 times a year and I will put it up against any other for overall medicnal use, taste or smell.

The one thing I did not like about a soil grow was, you can actually taste the dirt, not the nutrients but dirt. I think this is the taste that some people prefer but its not for me.

I grow all ways at all times of the year lol Have been for decades, I can pick and choose my buds from exact clones in all types of mediums including synthetically fertilized plants from different brands. Flushed for 2-4wks so I guess we would have to smoke each others meds to get a baseline on taste, high, harshness and such I got lots to try from different methods especially in the GrapeKrush Dj short genetics. Glad to see you quite taking opiates from MJ.

I have a reliable source in HC and the plans will be grandfathered. If you do not get your card before the changes than you will not be able to legally grow. So get your cards asap so your secured in place. Bill c-10 is for non medical marijuana people I believe.

i dont know about that in canada thier revoking all renewalls once the commericail stucture is in place 2014 this is what health canada told me ,as i also iam filling for commericial card once they accept applications

Everbody hurry up and get your name on "THE LIST", ad get your MMAR/DG license. If you think that 2014 all will be good because you did things "THE GOVERNMENT's WAY" you will be in for a suprise.

If you think that things are gonna be all round up and arrest after 2014, you got some delusions, there are FAAAR too many people on the list, coupled with members of these individuals families, friends, etc who have all witnessed the benefits of cannabis. Rounding up, or even penalizing those who have done thing according to government standards, will cause a civil event unlike anything Canada has ever seen. Too many people are on our side now.

It's no longer a war on drugs, it's a war on health, and the government is losing.

No I do not think it's gonna be round up all the names on the list but Mr Harper and the Canadian government get's little trust from me, as a liscensed DG in Canada I have been put through the ringer twice losing almost $150,000.00 personally, force to relocate, and countless lbs of product gone thanks to RCMP seizures that have never been returned, all this while my patients suffer without there meds.

I do hope your right and things will get better but I am not going to hold my breath.
