Looks fine, as soon as she gets some good light and a good feeding(high N), She is gonna perk right back up

How many times Should i water it ?

The best way to judge when then need water is by the weight of the pot.
If it takes any extra effort to lift to the pot with one hand then she is ok,
but if she lifts easily then the pot should b dry and she needs a water.

Oh i usually stick my finger in the dirt and see if its dry

The thing with that method is that with your lights and fans operating the top soil will dry much faster than the bottom portion of the pot.
Its best to go by weight, that way u get a better idea of the total moisture of the pot

Looks fine to me, give it a couple hours to dry and I'm sure it will look better.
