Looking to do 5 cob bars using cxb3590 should I use 1400 or 2100 ma drivers?

So I think soon I should be able to pull the trigger on finishing my upgrade to COB's. My idea is to use 5 bars each using 5 cobs spaced approx 12" on center on each bar then have each bar approx 12 inch away from the other bars effectively getting 1 cob per sqft. in a 5 x 5 space. My first bar I got from Timber and loved the product customer service and everything about it. I am using it in addition to my 600 watt HPS (which I am trying to replace and of course upgrade from at the same time). Now I am thinking Timber IS awesome but looking at the price difference between ordering from kingbrite vs Timber if I want to make FOUR more bars... would be close to a grand if not more. a few questions....

1. I know folks have talked up Jerry at Kingbrite but I am not finding him on alibaba atm, Is dealing with Vicky on par?
2. What kind of shipping costs am I looking at?
3. The timber kit I got uses a Meanwell HLG-240H-C2100B, this is listed as a a 250 watt kit. The Alibaba kit i was looking at is also advertised as a 250 watt kit but is using a Meanwell HLG- 240H-C1400B. I know the difference here is in the MA being sent to the COBS... and the spec sheet seems VERY close to minimum to running them. My question is, is it worth it to try to get all 2100's or am I good using 1400's.
4. I posted this in another thread but I will post it here. Do you think I should try to wire all the drivers to ONE power cord and or ONE pent? or should I just set them each up as their own bar and run them using a Titan controller or something like that?

oh after thought question... I use all organic water only soil SIPs.. the mini earthtainers (and teas and top dressing of course). I have heard that LEDs may require a more robust or just MORE material when it comes to organics, since when using LED's I have heard nute growers having a much larger uptake from their plants. Truth to this and how to solve?

Go ahead LED pros RIP ME APART! lol But really I welcome all input... stoked to maybe finally have the funds to fully convert, AND UPGRADE from just a 600 Watt!

they are ~36v chips
so 5 of them is a series of 180v
HLG-240H-C2100B has an output voltage range of 59-119v. so that driver will not drive all 5 chips.
HLG-240H-C1400B has an output voltage range of 89-179. dont quote me on this, but i think at 1400ma creecxb90 actually uses less than 36v so you could probably run all 5 of em on this driver and max out the driver with 50w power at each cob 250w fixture total.

Yeah I am running the timber kit now... I was comparing to the stock pic on their website and that must not be a 2100, mine are down for the night atm so I will check tomorrow. But yeah sorry that one was a dumb question. sorry bout that and thanks for the reply!

I think the efficiency is close, but Luminus and Citizen are less than half the price of Cree!

Na, there are others far more deserving of a good ripping.;) Besides, I'm not a pro.

3) Are you sure timber is running 5 cobs on a HLG-240H-C2100B? 2100ma x 36v = 75.6w, x 5 would be 378 watts... from a 240w driver?

4) If they are going to be separate fixtures, I'd keep the power cords separate, easier to handle and it gives a lot more flexibility. You could just put plugs on the short cords of the drivers and plug into a power strip. Personally, I wouldn't bother with a Titan controller, how often do you adjust a dimmer? I'd just use separate dimming pots or wire them all to one.
