looking for tips on sog growing for my babies (pics)

i have 19 babies id like to grow sog style so i am looking for tips from you guys who have actually done it this way rather then reading some website.
they are all roughly 4-5" tall with at least 3 sets of shoots below the top. they are nice and thick and doing well. can i flower them in these cups or should i transplant them? should i trim them at all? anything i should know would be great to find out
