Looking for "Poppy"

In the city we can buy something called "Poppy" for like $20 a gram. It looks like a really orangish red piece of bud, but smells different than any type of I've ever smelled, even when its burning. Anyone know what strain this is? If you've ever had the pleasure of trying it you would know what I was talking about.

I will probably grab some tomorrow or friday, then I will upload a pic. I'm just suprised that nobody knows what I am talking about.

Never heard of that strain..but names change from state to state, city to city so we might just know it under another name, yeah upload some pics that would help....later

I just learned from a friend that is visiting town that the poppy I described is haze. We just call it poppy locally I guess? I know what I'll be looking for soon
