Exactly. I bought a bunch of the V1's when they were super cheap. I can always throw some Diablo boards in them instead later if I want. That's the beauty of these things.

Here's a V1 I just built a couple months ago. I can adjust the XLG from 28-250 watts with the potentiometer. I have another still in the box that I haven't put together. Both still haven't been used yet, and I have 7 HLG lights going already now. I went a little crazy with the V1's, lol.

I have a Mars Hydro TSW 2000 quantum board that seems to be super effective in my 4x4x6 tent. I bet the TSW 1000 would work superbly.
