Looking for ideas for lighting

Well I transplanted and added a new light. 300 w vivarspectra. Seemed like a decent blurple. Had a $30 gift card so hey, why not? Anyway, since I added the new light the temps haven’t really gone up in the tent. Maybe a few degrees. Humidity about the same. Unfortunately my leaves have begun to canoe. The light is at its highest in my 4ft tent at 24 inches exactly from the top of plant. Should I just run one light during veg? I know that it will be worse during flower. It’s not outside weather because it’s been rainy and cool for days. So it’s definitely the tent and having two lights. Any ideas for what I should do for now and flowering?

Couple more details. Extraction fan working well and a clip on fan blowing down over top. I know it’s not the norm but carbon filter and extraction on floor of tent due to the extraction fan being heavy and clunky. Temps as high as 86.

Get the fan and exhaust up! Wire it if necessary. Heat rises. You're wasting electricity until you do.

Ok. I hear ya. This extraction fan weighs at least 20 lbs. I'm a little worried about that.

I hear you. Get a small roll of mechanics wire or steel wire. Somehow you have to exhaust at the top and not let the duct drop lower than the fan exhaust.
