Thank you for reply, Bro) But youtube video of season for dead. Somehow in my mind came idea, that Growmau5 mention scientific book about light spectrum, PAR readings and something like that. I could be wrong... but anyway I am looking for research of the light spectrum (mostly), ppfd and etc... I am cob grower with some additional red waves. So now I want to add some blue and uv waves to se what it could bring to the life of my garden.

Add blue and UV for the whole cycle or just select times? Best way to find out is just try it for yourself, I guess.
I own a few small UVA+B reptile bulbs, but I haven't gotten around to using them yet. From what I've read, they should be used toward the end, for finishing, but someone with experience may have a better idea. Same with blue, some people suggest finishing with more blue.
My very first grow with Quantum Boards was a 4000k, 90 watt panel on one plant, Seedsman Northern Soul Feminized, as a test run to see if I liked the boards. That run sold me on them. I pulled about 105 grams, and it was pretty frosty, too. I don't know if running 4000k had anything to do with it, but I was happy.
