Looking for full spectrum CBD oil

Hey everyone it’s been awhile since I have posted. Hope everything is on the up and up and buds are abundant and dank. I am in desperate need of cheap and legit place to get full spectrum CBD oil for pain. I started of getting pain in my neck to shoulder that ran down my arm into my hand. It seems to get worse when I lay down to sleep. So after seeing the doc and some tests later I found out I have osteoarthritis in my neck and spine along with severe spinal stenosis causing pressure on my spinal cord on the left side. Needless to say I haven’t slept right in months and can’t seem to get the pain to go away so any help with an affordable legit source would be greatly appreciated
