Looking for Ex Dea Agent turned Thread

Recently somebody posted an old thread about a DEA agent that turned and became a proponet of MJ.

There was some discussion about it being posted because of the royalties issues. I was wondering was it taken off or is it still out there and I just cannot find it.

Cooper worked with the DEA, but was not an agent of theirs.

It doesn't happen as often as it should, but plenty of DEA agents, federal judges, prosecutors and all kinds of law enforcement officers have "seen the light", gotten over the adrenaline rush they get when fucking up other peoples lives and realized they really were probably doing more harm than good.

Barry Cooper is an example, but he's more like a Texas K9 cop that turned into a pot head. Norm Stamper is a better example who was chief of the Seattle police department for some time (not DEA), and is now involved in LEAP - Law Enforcement Against Prohibition.
