Looking for LED full spectrum lights (preferably remote control) that are trustworthy and will last me a decent amount of time. I'm also looking for cheap ventilation and odor control systems.

What does the remote control gain you?

I would just look at Horticultural lighting group or timber grow lights.
6-10 plants is like how long is a piece of string. It could mean anything, you would be better deciding how much space you want to grow in or how many oz you want to grow in one go.

As far as cheap ventilation goes better to buy a good second hand fan than a cheap new one and spend the savings on a good quality filter, unless you don't mind the smell getting out, then the filter isn't important.

I just find the remote control convenient as I plan on using the same lights for flower.

I’m trying to work in a 10x6 room and grow a couple pounds. Topping or maybe FIM, Lollipopping, Super Cropping, LST, and then SCROG so I will have max light coverage.

I’m running with Gorrila Glue 4 so I assume 18 ounces per plant if taken care of properly.

Check out ipower fan and filters. Go oversized. I run a 4 inch fan but a 8 inch filter.

The ipower filters are made where you can swap the ends. After a year or so swap the ends.

What's cheap? What size plants do you want? As said it would be better to know what size grow area or how much you are wanting.

If you are really good and really lucky 1 gram/watt of light. Timers beat remote control. Best bud production from HPS. 315CMH are an industry favorite and produce a lot of bud. If everything is good.

I still don't get the remote control part or how it relates to using the lights for veg and flower? Does it change the spectrum on demand via a smart phone or something?

As New age united said though, in that space a couple of pounds is easy, 18 per plant will take a lot of veg time but you sound like you have a plan for training so I assume you knew that.

Problem is the title of the thread is "cheap lights" and if you want cheap LEDs you might as well not bother with LED at all in my opinion. Not that they wont grow but by the time you light the space properly you will have so much wattage you may as well have gone with HID lighting or you will have spent so much you may as well have gone with Quality LED like Quantum boards, Cobs or a DIY strip build, all of which will seriously out perform a cheap LED watt for watt, gram per watt, gram per square foot or how ever else you want to look at it.

Anyhow, if you want to go down the LED route I would look at what most LED folks are growing with these days.

awesome! it looks like if the air is pushing towards the filter it wont cause any airflow problems. good stuff, that's a great idea that never crossed my mind
