Yea, even with the new law, you can't legally sell to ***anyone*** in colorado unless you have a license.

Nobody can...you can't sell to dispensaries. Have you ever talked to a dispensary owner from Colorado? Go to the Colorado section and talk to one.

I'm not trying to be a dick...I'm just saying that you should know the laws before you start telling the world how easy it is. Just walk in to a dispensary and sell your stuff, right? LOL!

Even if you could sell to them...$3000 to $3200???? LOLOLOL!!!
If everyone with weed was allowed to sell to a dispensary the market would be so oversaturated that your weed would be next to worthless...

as for the walk in and sell your stuff. tryed it for a buddy of mine and i got the same as everyone else. he took a sample i left and never heard from him after. if you will listen. GET A REAL JOB, OR GROW YOUR OWN

So you have to have a county issued license to legally sell (to anyone).

You also have to have a county issued license to legally grow more than the 6 plant limit per 21+ year old (3 veg, 3 flower).

Both of these licenses are issued only to dispensaries.



Why would a dispensary, who has it's own license to grow mass quantities, need the harvest you get from the 3 plants you're allowed to flower every couple months?

people will always be willing to pay a pretty penny for the best gentics grown to perfection indoors.... i was getting 2200 for my outdoor in socal in socal!!! while others where only getting 1500 if that....

its true what they say... you folks from the springs are conservative, redneck, religious types... lil more up north in denver they are waaaaay more liberal... and theres money up there in the industry. maybe not soo much in co. springs? i still wanna move there to the eye its more pleasing... least from what ive seen..

its my passion to... i have been doing this for 13 years...... imoved from here to socal to grow legally... socal wasnt for me moved back here now im going to colorado.... all for a plant

The love the plant, that is what I'm talking about. I cannot stand this android lifestyle I've been living, I want to do something finally that I agree with and represents me. Finally two places open where I can go there and be myself freely, the only two places in the world, sooner or later I will find my way to a state that allows me to express myself without having to worry if I'm going to catch a felony charge.
