Do these look healthy?
also need help on determining early sexng so i can see if its male or female?

They look healthy, perhaps a little stretched? I only have two harvests under my belt but mine start growing leaves at ground level. I keep lamp 8 inches away tho. Too early to determine sex. Good Luck!

Looks fine, though if i can give some advice it would be to put your plants in the same size of container, it will make watering (properly) loads easier, they will dry at close to the same rate meaning there wont be a staggerd feeding over more than one day.
Also, no harm in dropping those flouros to within an inch or so from the tops of the plants, it will keep them lower and bushier, which means better light coverage come flowering time.

Those look in good health.
Maybe get them closer to the light if you can. I see that the 2nd and 3rd set of leaves both have 3 fingers and I usually expect 5 fingers on the 3rd set.
If they are an auto strain they will show sex between days 17 and 21.

i had the lights pretty close but then they were starting to burn the leafs.
so i rasied them up a little bit

What made you think they were burning? I can't see any damage on them.

nice looking plant, hope its a girl. veging, 1"to 2" on your lights if they are cfl. flowering i keep my 400w 10" to 12" with a fan blowing between the canopy and light.
