is this caused by a bug? please help

I don't think so. If they are in the first few weeks of veg, those "starter" leaves always eventually yellow and fall off since the energy is directed to creating branches and new leaves. Do you see any bugs in your grow area? Is this happening to all leaves on the plant?

no it is not but these are not starter leafs they are first two true leafs there were two other plants that had the same problem. i just cut them off. there was a lot of bugs but i got red of them. thank you.
