Need more info... you got 5 cfls you say? lots of stretching going on, seems like it needs more light.
Or maybe you need to move more lights directly above it.
I really need to see how your lights are positioned.
How often do you water?
Are you feeding it any nutes?
What is the temp in your grow room?
Think if you can answer those q's I can help you out

water like once a day or every 2 days
nutes um probley every 3 to 4 days
temp dunno but its pretty cold 3 lamp lights they get warm and one hotish
its about 2 and half foot high with like 3 .5 litre pot what u recomend mate ?

Well I see red stems on the fan leaves... sometimes this can be the strain but most of the time
it means your plant is stressing from temp's. I would get a thermometer and see what you got going on.
Is it on 12/12 yet? I would transplant into a 5 gallon bucket... or pot if you want to pay the extra cash.
Depends on how much space you have for your grow room too I guess.
When my plants are budding they need to be feed about every other day but make sure the soil is drying atleast 2 inches deep before you water.
If its not on 12/12 youll want to do it now... 2 1/2 feet its going to be around 4-6 feet when its done.

thanks um u say 4 foot oh shit i have it in my draws about 3 half foot im doing 17on 7 off lights is that bad?

well its not bad for the health... but if you dont think you have 5-6 feet of verticle space well then id start flowering right away, the more you veg the bigger its going to be in the end. I would personally start her on 12/12 now unless you want a really tall plant.
