Long Term Storage???

I have been burping now about 6 weeks ,the inside of the jars RH is 65-70% I think they are done with burping every other day ,what is the best way to store my jars ,in a dark cool cabinet ,some one said in the freezer ,any ideas out there ,thanks:lol:

some type of desiccant like silica packets might help prevent mould. Heard of some people vacuume sealing to keep out air,another free radical besides moisture and light. I suppose you could use C0 2 to fill the jars up. Carbon dioxide is heavier than air and can be poured or pumped into the jars. An ambient gas devoid of the degredating effects of oxygen would keep organic compounds fresher longer. In a cool but not frozen, dark, dry place that has no oxygen,long term storage can be acheived. Personaly think longterm freezer storage would work, I find that it looses flavour and potentcy after awhile not to mention freezer burn. :bigjoint:
