What browser are you using
Hey sunni. I am using Explorer but that is what I have been using for sometime now. The problem only began to occur very recently. Any ideas?

In your settings, is this checked?
Just because something is happening recently doesn’t mean we are the culprit
Your cache your computer your browser may all be culprits
I have 0 other complaints of this issue except from you which leads me to think it’s on your end rather than mine
So make sure everything is up to date your browser etc
And make sure you’re cache is cleared and try a different browser just to check
Than let me know if it’s still not working

Hey sunni. I made a mistake earlier and am not using explorer but am using Microsoft Edge. It is up to date, I have cleared cache and am about to try again. Thanks and I will let you know.
Hey sunni, tried all your suggestions and still the same?? I am not thinking it is a problem on your side but I am at a loss at the moment as to the true culprit. Please forgive me for not being the most computer savvy guy and being able to figure this out on my own. I will continue to try but any help would be great, I love this site and will be here everyday regardless but I just want everything running smoothly. Again, I truly thank you!!
