First off what you will need to do is leave the country you are currently in. I suggest getting a safe house in Italy or somewhere in southern europe. The next step you will have to take is getting a fake Italian passport, one that no-one knows about in a place that is very secure, maybe behind a loose brick in a back alley, and also stash a pre-paid credit card there and around 10k in hard cash, US greenbacks are usually accepted everywhere. Use the credit card for the plane ticket because it raises questions when you are trying to buy a plane ticket using cash. The next thing you will have to do is take on the personality of the passport, ensure that these few steps are perfected;

1. You must be able to say “mamma mia!” “va fan culo!” and “thatsa spicy meataball!” in a very thick italian accent.
2. Acquire a fair bit of knowledge on plumbing.
3. Learn how to jump on turtles, eat mushrooms, and save princesses.
4. Practice your cooking skills, most italian men can cook, if you can't whip up some decent ravioli it will raise questions, questions you do not want to be asked.
5. Always have a comb in your pocket.
6. You must be able to look hurt and offended if someone ever questions your italianess
7. Most importantly, you must be able to talk with your hands.

Now once you have landed safely in Italy, you will need to find a new place to live, I suggest moving down to the southern part, somewhere around Taranto. You will also need to get another passport hiding spot. After you have done these things, you will need to buy a boat. Always have a full tank of fuel and make sure the boat is in good working order. This way if the man ever catches wind of your real identity -most likely because you did not take my seven step program seriously- then you can get your other passport from the safe spot, hop on your boat and head to Libya, or another coastal african nation. You will then have to sink your boat, and make sure you send out a distress call before doing so, this will buy you some time as they are salvaging your boat looking for your body. Hopefully you will have enough time to get to Morocco. From Morocco, you can head up to Spain. If you are able to get this far, you will have enough experience to go on from here, and will not need my help anymore. I wish you the best of luck, and remember, failing to prepare is preparing to fail.

why don't you just pay the taxes if you're not doing anything illegal? 40% is a lot, but you said that you are making money that fast anyways... Instead of picking up and running, you can just pay tax and keep doing what you're doing as long as you want with no troubles.. If you don't pay taxes and you decide to run, you better liquidate all of your assets or they will just freeze them and keep it all. I'd rather live care free on a legal million dollars and keep making more than run off with 1.6 million with people chasing me....

Pay the taxes on the money you've made so far, then move to a low income tax country, continue your business and live the good life carefree.

That Swiss bank account thing is no longer a good idea. The US gov seized all info on Americans with bank accounts recently and made all of them pay serious back taxes. Say goodbye to all that shit.

You need a good accountant and a lawyer. If it is legal money, it is easier to get around the taxes than to run from the law. A good accountant is worth their weight in diamonds.

Best ideas so far are move to a country that does not expedite criminals to the US or get a sail boat and sail the world.

The problem is getting all that money either wired to another country, or physically taking it out of the country. Both cases are highly suspicious and will prompt some sniffing around.

why dont you create a semi legit business as a cover....like a landscaping consulting business. then you could make contracts that "pay" you money from your clients, so you may legally deposit more then 10 grand at a time...you would pay taxes on it, but it would all be legit money in your bank...thats the way ive seen people do it
