Every time i try to enter live chat it says something about abuse and that im banned from chat.
 
I think it always says that. Have you tried to just continue to chat anyway or does it kick you out?
 
I think it's dumb that you can't chat live to ask questions. They should have a Questions Live Chat room. I'm sure there are people out there that would go there to learn, and some that would go there to teach. There are a lot of people who just love to give out advice.
 
Ya I tried clicking on everything clickable with no cigar, i'll try again after i move up in rank and get past the stranger danger block. Thanks for the input!
 
post around, gain some popularity and a higher post count. ill bet you could do it within the week
 
Anyone can use the live chat, so long as they aren't banned. It has nothing to do with post count, reputation, or anything else.

If you were banned, that would be the only thing keeping you out.

And all questions should just be posted here... Simply because when Joe Shmoe asks a question in the chat, the answer is not recorded- if you ask a question on the forum, the answer is recorded and everyone can read it if they need help with the same issue :)

as if people would bother goin ALL THE WAY to the search button and type in their problem and see what people have already posted. i see 10 of the same posts every week.

I can see the need for some rules. Since I have you here GT, is there a forum specifically dedicated to "nutrient information"? I thought for sure RIU would have a whole forum on that.

I would look at "Advanced" or "General" - Nutrient information is usually on the back of the bottle ;)
 
The thing is the permanent abuse ban popped up the first time I ever tried to join live chat.
