I’ve been watering about evrey 3 days last water was 2 days ago. The seedlings are in a seed starter soil. I have my lights 300w at the recommended 24” away. It’s been staying at like 80 degrees and 70%.Is this normal to get a little yellow in the leaves?

You'll be ok. Just be careful with overwatering as that's a huge problem I see in alot of people. Does your light have a dimmer? I try to gradually increase the power of the light as they age. Keep in mind seed starter stuff is only good for so long then you need to either put into an amended medium or feed liquid nute at small doses to start.
