Little white spots and tiny bugs under leafs...newbie need to know how to fix

https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/688724-my-first-grow-outdoor-potted.html - The start of my grow journal, you can learn all about my setup etc here to answer questions you might have.

The tops of my leaves have tiny little white spots on them. Not all of them and at first it wasn't bad so honestly I didn't notice or think anything of it.

It has started to spread to both plants and more leaves. I looked on the underside of them and noticed little black dots that I believe are moving around.... I have bugs.

Can I please get some recommendations about the easiest and best ways to get rid of them and save my babies??? Anything I should do to my grow op to help prevent?

Check out the pictures below.

Looks like spider mites.

They will devistate your crop.

Mighty wash.
Neem oil
SPINOSAD
Pyrethryn
AZAMAX
Night night spider mite
Plant vitality+

Are some products to look for.

Awesome thanks guys, I will pick something up today then. Is there anything I can do to prevent or should I just keep some of the bug spray handy and use whenever I see the mites?

You can weekly/biweekly spray with neem to act as a repellent.

It also retards growth in many pests and stops then from moulting into the next life cycle stage.
