hey everyone, this is my gelato clone which i have been growing for some time have. the mother flowered perfectly no issues nugs were nice although lower branching was not ideal. Anyway early on in this plants life i ended up adding too much P in anticipation for flowering. I ended up burning her pretty bad, fast foward to a month everything was sorted out growth back to normal i flip to flower. shes has currently been flowering for what feels like a month i have noticed little to almost absolute no change in her stacking calyxes. she has produced a nice frost but it emds at that. she has almost jo pistil production like her mother did. Basically seems like the plant is stuck i have supplemented seabird guano for the P and langbienite for the K any idea would could be happening? the grow is organic and i always keep a consistent ph. waterings are kept to a minimum due to the fact that i am in winter and it is generally cold and humid. any help is appreciated, considering chopping and calling it a done deal and starting over if no one has input. cheers and thanks in advance. (also noting that then purple in the plant is from cold temps not from lack of P)

Plant is outdoor in the absolute best area i found that gives best exposure to the sun possible. Temps are currently running high 60s to low 40s sometimes even chillier. any other questions lmk

Let her grow on. I assume the mom flowered under different environmental conditions.
Looks like she needs to be fed.
If only flowering for a month, you still have at least another month to month and a half to go.
I just chopped 3 gelato, today. I let them go almost 11 weeks. They didn't grow like some of my past gelato but I'm actually surprised at what did come of them.

If you have indoor capability consider cloning before chopping. No idea your location as to outdoor climate improving.
im in california, weather stated above is going to be the norm for the next 2 months ahead. will probably chop, i have some
other seeds im keen on running anyway not much of a loss her mother was wasnt anything too special.

the seabird guano i use comes in at 0-12-0 while the lanbienite used comes at
0-0-22 went light on both due to how hot they hot they are as well as previous experience. what would you say i should up? i went with about a table spoon n a half on seabird and about a tea spoon of the langbienite.

Chop? Just throw it in the garbage..why chop a 4 week flowered plant? lol I guess if it's for decoration or a souvenir, but it sure as hell won't be consumable!!! I saw 2 pics and see purple tinging on both, which is most always an issue with cooler weather...which also means plants don't take up as much water, and thus don't have access to food as they should, hence the yellowing.

I understand you are in California...but that does not change that fact that it is flippin now January. Even in Caly you can't grow outdoor in december. What are your night time temps? under 50? Daytime temp low 60? Your last plant was good because it was in the correct grow period or at least closer to it.

you are only giving the plant 10 hours of light currently.

Hi not too sure what you mean by “you cant grow out door in cali in december” you can most definately grow out door in cali all year long, although not ideal, it can be done. All that matters is supplemental lighting, other wise you’ll have a extremely under developed plant via short vegg period. This plant is a prime example was sprouted extremely late in the season(september) and finished about the end of january last year. We dont have harsh a winter and if rain is a issue its a simple matter of moving the plant to a better location. Also some consider winter prime outdoor growing time due to temps allowing for a bug free harvest as i am currently having.

Have you looked to see if the stress caused her to hermie and make a few nanners? I had a gg#4 do that in cold temps

yeah..by chop i mean chopping cutting into small pieces and covering my worm compost bin. No sense in throwing away perfectly good plant matter in the trash, its cannabis not grass clippings.

yes actually, i tend to spend some time looking through the plant daily, no signs of it turning into a hermie at the moment. Im cutring my losses and recycling the soil as well as the plant matter, no biggie. Just found it odd for it to be this far into flower and be at the stage it was. All part of the learning game right.
