Yellowing fan leaves are normal in the later stages of the plants life. But those spots look like a possible deficiency of some sort. I imagine there's a deficiency chart somewhere on the site.

Thanks pal, from them pics it has to calcium or magnesium deficiency I think. I've taken some more pics just now.

Also should I take the dead leaves off it?

Sure, but judging by those latest pics, your problems are likely not limited to a simple nute deficiency.
