Little help plz

This will b my 2nd grow an it been while since 1st
any way heres some pics just like know if it not nuff feed or 2 much

soz it help if i said tha having 1.5ml of coco a an 1.5ml coco b to 2 liters water saying it now seems low but thout the pics would help
