I have to ask what's up with the lighting, everything is so heavy in the blue spectrum?

Your plant has tons of nanners , all those yellow things coming out of your buds are nanners. Happy growing.

This is weird but I thought I had bananas at one point, but they grew white hairs that turned color and the parts holding them turned into regular flower parts.

The white things you see are actually light burn from the LED. It's messing up my leaves. I just went out there to look at the plants and all the parts with the discoloring are burn from the light. I thought I had bananas at one point, but that stuff turned into purple and green flower with colored hairs coming out.

I did go out there and I can't find a single banana. It's all flower and burned leaves, I believe. Not that I want to contradict you, it's just that I went out there embarrassed to find not one of the formations.

no doubt , those yellow tips look like bananas to me, sometimes they come out and only the tips show, happy growing. Could also be burnt leafs for sure.
