Limp plants

These fucking plants are a month old!
Everyday since they were planted they droop after a few hours of light.
Its hard to tell in the pics, but they wilt like heat stress.
The new growth is yellow and the edges of the mew leaves were "crimped". The edges were bent to the back along the sides.
These seeds were started in cups and moved into a 5x5 pot. I didnt break up the root ball when I transplanted.
A week later I dug them up and broke up the rootball and replanted them.
Its been a week since I broke up the rootballs and replanted. The plants are starting to look better, but they still cant handle the light.
After I turn the lights off they start to recover. When the lights come on they get really perky. But every morning when I wake up they look like this!
WTF can I do? Are these always going to wilt?
Ive tried my t5, Mh and HPS at all distances. Nothing helps!
Theyve been getting about 500ppm around 6.0ph in coco with perlite
Ive tried several different seed runs and they all keep doing this!
I cant handle it anymore! Im about to kill myself!

Temps are fine. Never been above 80.
In fact its usually around 75 at the time they start wilting(early morning hours)
RH goes up a little bit during those hours, but this isnt from RH
Ive also taken out all but 1 t5 bulb and still get the wilt, so its not really light intensity. Doubt a cfl will change anything

run 24 hours. until you flower. and for a month they growth is smaller size from seed, fuck running 18 those should be 8 to 12 inches tall running 24 , only run 18 when trying to root clones

What soil are you using to transplant into ? I'm no expert but my guess would be the soil you are using is a bit to hot for them, as in too much nutrient already in it, try flushing one or two and see if they come on a bit better, it may not help but it might be worth a try.

Its coco that I washed the fuck out of and Ive also tried flushing a couple of the plants.
I also tried a little calmag on 2 of them.
I was on 24/0 but they wilted 24/0 until I started turning off the lights

Honestly I don't see much wrong here....Do you have a fan constantly blowing on them? And I really don't see any signs of nute burn. Be patient.

If you look at the lower nodes you will see that they havent grown at all.
The plants spend too much time drooping to grow.
They only growth I get is deformed and curved because they are always drooping.
The leaves are always curvy and end up folding in.
Im certain its not nute burn. Im about to bump the nutes, but Ive tried that with my other seeds and didnt see any improvment.
There is an oscillating fan in the tent and an 8" exhaust set up also in the tent.
I should mention that when I dug them up I could see the roots were all white, but theres no hair or fuzz and I didnt see too much branching. They were tangled and felt kinda hard.
Im pretty sure they were rootbound, Im just not noticing much of a recovery besides the new growth that is no longer "crimped"

You got plenty of nodes left to top..

you got plenty of fucking nodes left to fucking top those fuckers.(in case you didn't understand it the other way)

fucking edit: stop digging them up.. Let them do their thing you really need to be patient.. How much experience do you have.. You can kill them with love.. It's like giving a retard a kitty.. Shits dead with hugs

Im going to let them dry out because I cant really do anything else about it.
The plants all started doing this when they were in the cups and getting dried out in less than a day though.
I would have thought that if they were rootbound they would have recovered fully by now.

Im certain they were rootbound. The only error I can think Im making is not breaking up the rootballs when i transplanted from the cups.
Ive flowered clones in coco several times. I still cant find herbs as good as one of my coco grows turned out.
I used to start clones out in 5"x5". I was told to use cups for my seedlings, but I was afraid to break up the rootballs when I transplanted in the past

I cant think of a single reason to top these plants. I dont think Id ever top a stressed plant, but thats just me... I guess

The single reason would be that topping increases canopy size and give you more bud sights which in turn result in a higher yield.. Although they are droopy I would say overwatering hasn't stressed the, that much as that's the only sign.. If you let the, recover and grow more you would be to many nodes up for my liking as far as topping goes I like to do it early on so the branches can fatten up and deal with the added weight from the bud... Have you ever topped before?

Yea, Ive topped a plant before.
Topping them isnt going to fix any problems Im having now.
Ill top them when they are ready. Theres no reason to top them now... They arent growing

Hey man, when I said I dug them out what I meant was that I turned the 5x5 pot upside down and the coco came out in the shape of the pot. They werent ripped out.
I could see the roots still in the shape of the cup without much else really digging into the 5x5 pots.
Its not like I yanked them out lol
I just broke up the loose coco and then spread the roots into the bags
