I want to start germantating and growing my seeds. I want to do it indoors, wat are a few options i have for lighting? Wats the cheapest? Wats the best?

its not so much of a whats the cheapest and whats the best when you look at lighting its more a look at what you can afford and the best you can do for that. personally no offense to anyone 400 watt is the minimum id go and ya want to get a metal halide and a high pressure sodium bulb for optimum results.
use the metal halide in veg the hps when you flower, then when time permits maybe get another 400w and have hps and mh goin at the same time even.

a rule of thumb is 7000 lumens per square foot give or take

take all these into account and youll have something worth doing
