Lights turned off!

Does anybody know if turning the lights off for a minute or two during the light cycle affects a plant in any way?

I do it all the time for maintenance and have never had a problem. I am well aware that Lights ON during dark cycle is very very bad. I learned that through experience... f*ckin hermies

I just started this thread out of curiosity. I've never heard the topic brought up so I don't think it has any affect

not for a minute or two....its like a dark cloud in front of the sun
