Lights stayed on 10 hrs of night cycle. PLEASE give some advice

I have 2 x 600 HPS over plants 40 days into flower. I just got home from work and noticed one of the hps was still on. The timer was switched to 'On' instead of 'Timer'. The light stayed on 9 hrs. into the normal dark cycle. So, is this going to totally 'F' my grow??? I never had this issue before and I am guessing I will get seeded-to-death now.

Also, should I continue the normal day cycle in a few hrs? What a f'ing downer

not a big deal, give them 12 straight hours of dark and then resume your previous lights on/off schedule. youll be alright.
