Lights off for a couple nights with new plants

We noticed something on accident during the first couple weeks of our plants. We accidentally had the lights off for a couple nights (we moved), and I just shrugged it off, thinking they just spent more time growing roots. But now, after a couple weeks, they're much fuller than previous plants at this same time.

I'm wondering if leaving the lights off a couple nights could actually help in the long run.

I think it was on ilgm I read the trick to turn off lights 36 hours at the flip and it jump starts the flowering process. It definitely works. And someone else wrote about simulating weather, like turn down lights, water and spray, simulating a rainy day. Maybe turn on a bunch of fans and create gale force winds, you know, get creative. And play thunderstorm recordings. I think classical music too. Thanks for making me think about it

Interesting
i dont have any science to back it
but
Im one of the guys that leaves his room dark for 24 when i flip as well as at least 24 hours dark before i cut ... whevther it helps or not i do not know because iv never done a side by side to prove it to my self .

Was this during the veg or flower period?

Would be a cool experiment to say
Deprive plants of light for 1 day a week
( im unsure if one day a week would set it into flower or not ) and one normal but you would need 2 rooms

This was just during the first two weeks. from sprout out of ground to now. The first fan leaves just seem bigger. Not even the first full fan leaves. Just the ones with three points. May be just a strain thing though.
