lights and timing? will this work?

Hey im new to growing and heres what im doing.

just started 4 plants on the 20th of march so they are about 2 weeks old (16 days). im just trying different ways of growing to see what the results are.

they sprouted after about 5 days, well the 2 under the light did first by a day or two.

2 plants are under a light that i turn on when i wake up ( usually 7-8 am) and turn off when i go to bed (10-12 pm)

and the other 2 are just in my window sill with the natural light.

i water all the plants the same way.

does anyone see any real problems with tihs?
are they going to turn out horrible doing it this way?
any tips or advice would help a ton.

yes they will die slow horrible deaths

The only advise i can give is just to get a timer, you need to keep your lighting times exactly the same.

so they are goingto die?

get a timer and move on to the next level..dont let these things slow u down..
Get a Timer...maybe one day u can upgrade to a computer...but one step @ a time..good luck

did those pics work? it says they are there but im not sure. they look yellowish in the pics (phone camera) but they are a good green with white hairs on the stems(stock) and are about 5-6 in tall.
is a timer really that big of deal to get?
if i keep this up will they work or die? i would think they would work still? i dont know.
just woundering.
