Lighting Solutions LED

I've been looking in to different types of light i could use, and have come across LED lights they look like a very good option, has any one used them and can confirm this? also as I live in the UK I am havin problems finding somewhere to buy them. Most places on the net only deliver within the US, anyone got any idea's?

I have looked at leds an fll in love wiht them with there perfect spectrum and low heati seem s like a dream come true ut they ot have enogh pentration but if you use a scrog method leds would work like a champ thro vegin and owering

i'd need to see a few successful grows before using LEDs - but that's just me...
