lighting so my plants will grow smaller

i am growing in a small nightstand and i dont have much room for the plants to grow vertical what should i do to keep them small enough to keep growing in my nightstand.

Why waste time on a plant growing in a nightstand that will only yield a few joints?
But to answer your question...your best bet would be to get some CFLs rigged up in there.

Its a hobby man, not everyone wants to grow ounces upon ounces.

I'd suggest using small pots to stunt the roots, this should control the size

sounds like you need a special short strain like lowrider + training methods like topping and fim. also, people use sea-of-green. do some research on these and you should be fine.

a led panel will keep them short and compact
